I prefer to roast mine, wrapped in aluminum with a light drizzle of EVOO and salt and pepper. Yesterday’s adventure to the Byward Market left us with some beautiful <span>heirloom carrots that were roasted the same. </span>Sweet potatoes are a regular around our house, easy and delicious. </p> <p>Okay, you’ve held out long enough for me - My secret? Allspice, cinnamon, chili flakes and a little bit of olive oil.
